HOW TO ORDER YOUR PETS NEW HOUSE

To order your pets new house simply contact us via phone or email
or
fill out our 'Order Form' page, describing your Animal Abode product of choice.
Upon request, we can invoice you via email.
Included are our bank account details, for a payment via either a Netbank Transfer,
or Suncorp Direct Branch Deposit. If either method is suitable?
or
you are welcome to mail us a Money Order or Bank Cheque,
though either of these methods may delay your order.
COD (Cash On Delivery) is available to most South East Queensland customers , for the purchase of standard products only.
Alternatively you may wish to view and pick up your pets new house from our workshop.
If so we can email you a map of our position, within the industrial complex in which we are located. Please call to make an appointment, to be sure that we are there
to help you.

Once on the Smart Send 'Need a Quote' page (using the link below), fill out & complete the user friendly enquiry form, as follows:
The 'From' postcode (of Animal Abode) is 4107.
Choose 'Carton' to describe the package in question. Next, refer to the package(s) kg/dimensions detail, listed in the row beside to your Animal Abode product choice and transfer these details into the 'Weight/Dimensions', under the 'Product' heading of the form.
Lastly, under the 'Agreement' heading, you must only change the 'do you require a receipted delivery' question, by ticking 'YES' in this box. Do not list yourself as the receiver, otherwise you will be quoted in a higher price range.
There is no need to follow through with the booking at this stage, we will handle that for you once your payment to us (Animal Abode) has been processed.
